Neto Agostinho is the vice chair of Bunge football club. Bunge FC always participates in the EALA (East Africa Legislative Assembly) annual games that take place every first week of December. The games help in the deepening and tightening the East African Cooperation. As the vice chair of Bunge FC, Neto Agostinho helps with administrative work with regard to the welfare of the Members of Parliament who are members of the club. Bunge FC also participates in constituency sports activities, in various parts of the Country in a bid to foster cohesion amongst  Kenyan communities.
